Columban Faith in Action Volunteer Hannah Lonergan supported the Columbans from September 2023 until the summer of 2024. It was during this time that she, and friend Angel Nakhle, attended a vigil at the Home Office building in Westminster, London. In this article that they both co-wrote, they detail their experience of the vigil and their thoughts on the hostile immigration system in Britain.
